2015 #100DaysOfMiles

Post Season

It’s hard to believe the Panthers could make the playoffs with a 7-8-1 losing record and the Eagles could be shut out with a 9-7 record. Boggles the mind.

Runner’s High

I do get a “runner’s high” but only if I run outdoors in warm weather. I usually takes 2 miles 4 endorphins kick in. huff.to/1cxq92V
