We lost my MIL, Barbara Wolverton in March. Malcolm Jamal Warner, Ozzy Osbourne and Hulk Hogan all died within one week. Charlie Kirk and Rob Reiner were murdered. It was a tough year! 🪦

Over 10 Years at Verizon: My Decision to Depart
I have made the difficult decision to take the Voluntary Separation Package from Verizon and will depart the company on 13-Sep-2024 after over 10 years of service. While moving on is bittersweet, I believe it’s the right time for me. This was the longest time I’ve ever stayed at one company, but the current working conditions have taken a toll on my mental health. The package I’m getting includes 36 weeks of pay and benefits, so I’ll have some time to rest, recharge, and find my next adventure.
Life is kind of like a party
You invite a lot of people, some leave early, some stay all night, some laugh with you, some laugh at you, and some show up late. But in the end, after the fun, a few stay to help you clean up the mess. And most of the time, they aren’t even the ones who made the mess. These people are your true friends in life. They are the only ones who matter.
