Trying to make better food choices. Like eating Chick-fil-A grilled chicken and fruit cup instead of fried chicken and waffle fries. Eating egg white and turkey sausage on my bagel instead of eggs and bacon. Eating a turkey wrap with spinach and baked Lays instead of a cheeseburger and fries. It’s the little things that can start to make a difference.

Dr. Kendall is my favorite physician, but he’s out-of-network for my insurance plan. So I made a New Year’s Resolution: I will not let my insurance company or the government dictate my health care decisions. So I’m going back to Dr. Kendall as my primary care physician.
