  1. Giving out your Facebook password or requiring others to give you their Facebook password violates the Facebook terms of service.<\/li>\n
  2. If you’re not accessing Facebook from school computers, then they have no right to violate your privacy.<\/li>\n
  3. Even if you’re a student in a public school, you have a reasonable right to privacy<\/a>. The 4th and 5th Amendments still apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
