I had my first sonogram today. It was cool! We took Rachel with us and she got to see her developing sibling. The baby was quite active for us as we have pictures of him waving to his sister, and punching his legs out and pitching a ball. We have nicknamed the baby "slugger," for the time being. I have to admit after seeing the baby today the excitement is growing.
The doctor told me that I do have placenta previa again but this is common so early in pregnancy as there is not much room for it to go yet. They will check again at 20 weeks and we will go from there.
Rachel is excited about her sibling, but has also expressed some feelings of jealiousy already. She will be a great big sister.
Jason showed his buddies at work the pictures from today. He thinks we will have a boy and he will be a south paw pitcher.
